Only a few more steps until you’re registered for the congress! The following overview shows the fees for participating in the WPA XVII WORLD CONGRESS OF PSYCHIATRY. Registration includes: admission to all scientific events (apart from those in the Educational Programme), congress brochure, admission to the industry exhibition, participation certificate and admission to the Networking Reception.

All fees are quoted in Euros (EUR) and per person. The country group is based upon the official classification of the World Bank and refers to your work and correspondence address. You can find payment conditions below. Please note that we are not able to accept payments in other currencies.
If you submit an abstract and your submission is not accepted for the scientific programme, you will have the opportunity to cancel your congress participation free of charge within 14 days after receiving the notification of non-acceptance.

Registration fee for accompanying persons includes admission to Opening Ceremony and Networking Reception as well as a sightseeing tour of Berlin. Advance registration for the sightseeing tour is required. Please note that accompanying persons do not have access to the scientific sessions, the poster exhibition and the technical exhibition.

Due to consideration of the medical products advertisement law (Heilmittelwerbegesetz) the technical pharmaceutical exhibition is reserved for doctors, scientists and health care professionals only.
Payment conditions
When registering for the WPA XVII WORLD CONGRESS OF PSYCHIATRY 2017 please arrange payment of the registration fee. All payments should be made in EURO. You may choose between two modes of payment: credit card or bank transfer. A charge of 3 % of the total amount will be applied for payments by credit card. The amount will be included in the invoice for your booking and listed on your booking confirmation.
Particularly when paying from outside Germany, we strongly recommend using a credit card, because charges for bank transfers may be deducted twice — once in the country of origin and a second time in Germany.
In case of bank transfer by your organization please make sure that your name is forwarded together with the money. If your organization uses a block transfer for several participants it is necessary to include all relevant names.
